Your bird photos are wonderful, particularly the bee-eaters. Beautiful birds and well captured. ^Q^
I also like the lioness behind the stone wall. An interesting composition, in my opinion. O:V

Hi Mel. Thank you so much for the lovely comments. Joan spotted that lioness by the stone wall. The Bee-Eaters came out far better than I had thought they would.

Thanks Flutterby. Blackie , then lioness and then lion cubs. It was an amazing time we spent with them.

Day 3 - Part 2/3.

After leaving Dithabeng Road and beginning to relax again after all those major sightings we turned down Kgabo Drive to go to Ratlhogo Hide. On our we spotted these two Crowned Plovers fighting over a female. It was so funny to watch as she strutted around watching the fight.
