Thank you very much nan, Tina, PJL and Lisbeth.

A couple of weeks ago I photographed a yellow parakeet/lovebird and Dewi said it could possible be a Tanzanian Lovebird that had escaped from captivity.

This morning he arrived again.

But he had brought two friends with to try out the bird feeder. Another yellow one and a first timer - a blue one.

The another yellow one arrived. The first one was still in the tree.

Two of them then decided to explore the garage roof via the back door..............

and check out the view from the front door.

Tried to catch one in flight. The little buggers are so fast.

As I took a photo of three of them in conversation a fourth yellow one flew into the picture. That means there must be at least 5 around because the blue one is somewhere.

Can anyone shed some light on this. Are they all adults or is it adults with juveniles? Is the blue one also a Tanzanian Lovebird?

Maybe they are thinking of starting to breed in the garage roof?
