Eurasian Hobby Falco Subbuteo

The table top football game Subbuteo was named after this bird as the inventor was a birder. \O

Bee-eaters! O\/ O\/ O\/ I know we got some in the neighbourhood (which is about 30 km away :-0 )
but I have yet to find them. The birders who saw them are very secretive about their location. 0*\

they are often in an old stone-pit (carrière)
