Borderline gave me about 1000 blurred photos of his trips to Sand River Bush camp with school groups over the years, so best not to waste!
I will add some questions with each episode, in keeping with the educational theme!
Obviously I am not sure exactly what is going on with each offering, but can work most out!
Here they enter at Phabeni on a winter trip. Nyamundwa Dam:

A vulture parent!
The camp is on the Sand River, obviously, more later!
The popular vulture bathing place near there:
After unpacking the kids go on a game drive and guided walk!
They often go on the S36, this is Manzimhlope I think, now defunct:

Dismounting, and off they go, accompanied by rangers and/or honorary rangers!
And back for supper!
Homework: there are not only vultures bathing...what is the other bird species?

Juvenile bateleur it is, so marks to Lis and Pumbaa!
Off they go the next morning, back on the H1-2:
Doggie with collar!
Their get-out point is near Jones' Dam on this occasion.
Interaction early....no tourists yet!

And then the walk begins, quite an astounding experience, according to Borderline.
Here a skull and GHB:
The smaller things are not overlooked, of course!
The guide gives info and answers questions.

Animals are skittish and far away, so this was Incredibly lucky, a first even for that guide!
And then another rarity!
