For me the issue isn’t booking through SANParks, it’s the fact that certain key units are already booked before the “official” opening.

I used an agency for my October trip and asked them “Do I still need to stand in the queue 11 months in advance at 6am just to be sure” and they said “We stand a better chance than you in the queue” and that’s all they would divulge.

I didn’t get the exact units I wanted, but certainly got family accommodation in the camps I wanted for the school holiday period, which is more than I have been able to achieve in the queue or phoning in for the last 5 years. -O-

Nan they not that geared up for KTP yet I have noticed, But KNP looks like another story
