So one recent change at Malelane camp is there is now a cattle grid on the gate so it is left open and you dont have to open and close it anymore which is in our eyes not a step forwards but anyway .

Leaving early morning on our last drive before exiting and going home we found an early morning visitor at the camp fence

We drove up the road and soon found more Lions .A Female a young Male and a young cub .Quite a strange mix :-?

There were walking along the road and seemed a bit agitated maybe by the vehicles.

They soon left the road and headed into the bushes

We carried on our quick drive finding a Batleur

and a splash of colour

Down the river road we found some Hyenas that were cooling off in some puddles

and a big Marshal eagle

Our last sighting before leaving to drive home was a different road block :

Wow Roger,

what lion luck you had - love the shots in the morning light from the youngsters \O

and also the hyena from camp and for sure that two rhinos O/\

What a lovely work trip this was :yes: :ty:

Lovely light on the lions there... :yes:

And looks like the rhino horns grow quite quickly! :shock:
