BLF is a horribly racist organisation, and notice how the developer pulls the race card when he cannot break the law as he wants. Meanwhile it is all about grabbing money, as always. They don't care two hoots about the environment.

The whole setup is so obviously fake, that anybody should understand it I have not understood what he is up to, but probably once obtained the
go-ahead the whole thing ill be worth gold and can be sold to a real property developer for a fortune.
