This fly belongs to the same group as well, but without wing photo, we can not make a call on genus.

Perhaps ExFmem has more photos?

Do you have a more dorsal view of the brown one?

I think it's in the Fulgoridae

The green one is in the Dictyopharidae, subfamily Dictyopharinae, but other than that I have no clue and nothing for reference.
