I'm not so sure...SP realize that the only way they will get an easy ride with the hotel issue is through re-zoning, they will be pushing this one very hard
H, we appreciate all you are doing. X#X

Me too iNdy, the long term silence scares me.
Same with fracking, there I know even more
than here.

This greed for money, in the wrong brains,
becomes very scary stuff. Take a look at our
mining sector.

100%, when Sanparks is silent on an issue like this, they're up to something in my view

Though some work still needs to done, it has been

put the project on hold till such time Sanparks can
come forward with answers regarding the PDZ,

The financial investors too are reluctant it seems to

Another issue seemingly makes the scoping even more

Derek also tells me that he will be forwarding a formal

Derek comes across as trying to be as helpful as possible

On behalf of AW I thanked him for his concern toward us.
So situation/progress is still this?

Well, what can and do we expect??? V&L are an autonomous
body and owe neither sanparks or you and me nothing, so
perhaps we need to leave them outside of our equation re:
Conservation standards to our liking.
They are seemingly a nice bunch but heck we cannot start
forcing a scenario from them!!

Well done V&L, best wishes to you in the roundabout,....

Africa Wild, we have a problem now let's get on with it!!!

Which is fine with me RP, like many others we are sick and tired of tenterhooks!!

Even the custodian of our parks will understand our feelings and concern!!

Well I also guess that given the devestation caused by floods on the infrastructure of the Park from the cyclone in 2012 (and never repaired) on top of more floods along with what can only be described as an avalanche of complaints about deteriorating accommodation they are in a predicament as to where to spend their money. Clearly something has to give and hopefully it will be the Hotel!!!!!
