Regarding the hotels:
I think SP are waiting for DEA to approve DEA doing their own EIA's, not private companies anymore? But deadlines have come and gone...

Malelane Hotel falls under this category, while tenders have already been awarded for Skukuza Hotel, with planning done and meetings held...this was last year already, and is impossible to keep secret as locals are involved?

Money is not a problem re. Skukuza, as SP are paying for it...

EIA's cannot be run/ruled by .gov solely!!! at least not in a
free constitunal practise,..hence the abbreviation IAP in the
practise of evaluation, to said argument!!!

What would give the DEA that power of sole decission making,..

....Or are we all back to square one,,?? ,.......STATE CONTROL???
