That's just about how it swings down south here,.....

"innocent until proven guilty",....
Allows for them to mess with everything they can lay their hands on,...

Lisbeth, believe you me, these guys will leave no stone un -turned till
they are reassured the coffers are dry,....bone dry!!!.

Lisbeth this hotel saga has long not seen the dust yet, believe me.
Though finance may be a prohibitting factor for now, this evil idea
has found a roosting place in some minds.

It will linger on forever!!!!

That is not a long call, H.! Tis is what those organisations do! The level of involvement is the question...

Regarding the hotels:
I think SP are waiting for DEA to approve DEA doing their own EIA's, not private companies anymore? But deadlines have come and gone... 0*\

Malelane Hotel falls under this category, while tenders have already been awarded for Skukuza Hotel, with planning done and meetings held...this was last year already, and is impossible to keep secret as locals are involved? 0-

Money is not a problem re. Skukuza, as SP are paying for it...

EIA's cannot be run/ruled by .gov solely!!! at least not in a
free constitunal practise,..hence the abbreviation IAP in the
practise of evaluation, to said argument!!!

What would give the DEA that power of sole decission making,..

....Or are we all back to square one,,?? ,.......STATE CONTROL???
