And they have quickly become like pets...early this morning one of them was pecking on the kitchen window and I saw there was no fruit left so I put an apple out for them. A few minutes ago I heard pecking again. I saw that the apple was gone and when I went outside I saw it was lying on the ground. They obviously don't want to eat it there as the dogs might get them, so I put it back on the feeder! Such clever birds! ;-) :-0
