For your house sparrow - is the top of the head grey or brown?
Brown would be a field (?) sparrow. Sorry, no proper translation for it.
But at least over here they are far less common than a house sparrow.
Or at least I haven't seen many in my life so far...

Looks brown.... It is heavily cut.
