A (slightly belated) HAPPY NEW YEAR !!! to all the members and visitors to the Africa Wild website. I start each day here, and have been genuinely impressed with the passion and commitment of so many of you here. WELL DONE! Keep fighting the fight, and I thank each of you who contribute so much for lots of smiles each day. A very warm happy new year from one of the "Silent Majority" who each of you touch without ever knowing it.

Awesome shot ExF!!! \O

And, thank you for those very kind words. It really means a lot to us to know that people are taking note. \O Time for you now to be less of the "silent majority"! ;-)

Thanks Sprocky, nan, and Flutterby for the kind welcome (back). Yes, nan, they're SO hard to see. Just have to find a hole in the vicinity of the noise and play the waiting game (laying perfectly still for what seems like forever, on your stomach, in the sand, in the dark, with a LED light on your head...very feminine indeed.) Good luck for your next trip.

Sprocky, Nan as you can see not much done except for selective darkening and blurring the background, with selective lightening as well, as well as certain color filters added, nothing you could not have done in the old days when working in a darkroom with film, just much easier and quicker =O: =O: =O: =O: =O:
