Great pics everyone
That rhino is in heaven at the scratching rock
So many birds - Great place to visit if one is in Gauteng

Re: Rietvlei Nature Reserve through Greenies' Eyes
Another trip through Rietvlei, with my nephew (at nearly 30 his first time in a Nature Reserve ), and as alway there was something 'new' I saw...
A Rufous naped Lark under the rainbow...
First time in Rietvlei and now I see why they call it the Fan-tailed Wydah... *EDIT* It is a white winged Widowbird - thanks Toko.
A Cape Longclaw colleting nest material..
A thick knee - seen before. I loved the early morning light shining on it
A greater striped swallow taking off after a drink in the puddle in the road
Seeing double
And as we were leaving - A reed buck - a lifer for me...

Great pics Amoli!
Like the ''Seeing Double"!
We saw the reedbuck in the same place as you (I think, judging from the vegetation around him...must be where they hang out! )
