Thanks Flutts.. \O

Lis - once the excitement of sightings start, I never remember what the weather is like :-0
I sat at my Martial sighting near croc bridge at 1 in the afternoon, in December, for 2 hours. I do remember wiping my face some many times, but I can't remember the heat.. =O:

Very brave to set out on a game viewing tour in conditions like that.
But the day turned out well and the mist actually created some wonderful photos! \O

Two friends and I spent a few hours in Rietvlei on Wednesday morning.

African Wattled Lapwing.

This guy was on the side of the road and this is all I could get on wide open on the 150-500mm lens.

The reflection of the Lapwing is stunning.. ^Q^ ^Q^

Love the baby rhino and buffalo pics also.

I see they remove any rhino pics from the Rietviei Fb site. Maybe it would prove to be a good thing. ;-)
