Staff incompetency

I just had my morning trip to the park ruined by a female staff member at the Phalaborwa gate reception.
She did not know how to load myself and J-Lee on the system using my Wild Card which is a "couple card". I have had this card for the past four months for the two of us. She could not figure out how we are a couple, damn, does she think I am some kind of paedophile?
She could not understand that when I took out the new card, it was for the two of us as a couple, father and daughter. She said that she won't refuse us entry, but I must sort the card out.
It has been working all the time until now, as this new staff member has no idea what she is on about. I had to explain to her that she must check the ID numbers linked to the card. I then asked her how old my "partner" is. After a bit of math 101 for dummies, she realised that my partner on the card is 10 years old.
To crown it, another lady was listening to what was going on, she then chipped in and said that it is impossible. It has to be a family card as J-Lee is a child. I felt like slitting her throat with the card.
It took a bit of time to educate this woman that a couple card is for any two persons and both persons ID numbers must be linked to the card, be it a married couple, two friends or two other family members.
When I finally left reception, the staff member reminded me to sort my card out as soon as possible. How do people like this get employed to work with the public????
