I remember as a junior hearing the ballies moaning “They are going to ruin Kruger with tarred roads and electricity”.

Would one change this now? I suppose some would and I certainly would in parts of Kruger just for peace, but the point is the electricity and tarred roads didn’t ruin Kruger.

Will controlled apps ruin Kruger, I don’t think so and if anything they enhance the experiences of some who visit.

The key is control and who’s fault is the lack of control?

This is all very funny lol

But in my opinion Sanparks has already passed the point of no return!

We all agree that there are too many cars, especially during the holidays....their answer in the near future will be " no private cars in Kruger only OSVs" 0*\

The Kruger National Park will be used in all possible ways to make money. Not only money for Sanparks, but money for the Government, who has a dire need.

IMO Sanparks has taken over and the SA population and foreign visitors (those that visit the park regularly) have no way to oppose them 0*\ . If they want to build hotels they will do so and if they want to build a Casino at Skukuza, they will do so. The Government is backing them up 0*\

We have been opposing the commercialisation successfully for years ae AW, so I think one way is to expand ourselves! :-0

Agreed on your points, Lis!

SP has NO problem with taking advantage of the internet and social media at all...one has forums, fb, twitter etc...and even Virtual Rangers! :-)

Indeed they have because those at the top have no spine to contest
all these horrible proposals!! I will never forget the presentation we
were slapped with,.....there was a sense of white mans fear prevailing!!!
