Why don't they refund a portion of the money paid

Thanks RP, many have just given up and accept an inferior offering for the price as it's expected but until it hits the pocket it will continue

I personally don't mind staying in a "rustic" setup, but then charge accordingly.

Can not be an easy task

I have the following to report

Lower Sabie - Big hole in fence @ swimming pool

Satara - Day visitors bathrooms not maintained..very dirty

Mopani - At the deck , lots of litter on the ground being thrown over the deck

Overall a wonderfull trip as always
