As you are aware the Photobucket service change their terms overnight .We have approached them for special dispensation but there has not been any response yet .We were also fortunate to get an offer of assistance from another forum mod who has developed some special scripts .On our forum he is known as xantiav6 -Mike.

As part of the solution to preserve the forum images we have run a special image download script from xantiav6 .This has managed to salvage around 142 000 images . With more assistance from xantiav6 we have implemented a change on the image scripts that changes the image url on the fly if it finds a local copy of an image . As of tonight we have around 120 000 of the images back online and are continuing to download the rest .
