1. The odd looking fiscal

1. The bird is as one of the members has suggested, the Western race of the Common or Southern Fiscal… This is illustrated below in a screen shot from the Roberts Bird App.

Sorry I can't read the extrait of the book... it seems to me that I said Common Fiscal too.... :

Southern Shrike (Common Fiscal/Fiscal Shrike), arid west has a big eyebrow like yours, love them Southern Fiscal is the new name (Lanius collaris)

and for the Vulture I must have to know... I saw so many Ruppel's when I was in Kenya.... sorry a bit lazy
