I hate travelling by air. The space gets smaller and smaller and the toilets are awful. I am talking about 5+ hours. Short trips are OK.
Being a wheel chair passenger helps, because you don't have to do the queues, but let us remember that it is also rather cheap these days. Travelling first class is a bit different I think - never tried. I have travelled business a couple of times, but it is not much better.
When I travel long distance during the night I go prepared: A couple of anti stress pills, ear plugs, eye mask and no meals.
Some airports are worse than others, especially security wise, but again the wheel chair helps. It is when they pick you out of the crowd and you have to empty everything, that things get very tough on the nerves

......and then you cannot open the windows
If we start thinking about the terrorist risks, we would probably never travel, but then again IT ONLY HAPPENS TO THE OTHERS, RIGHT?
You cannot cry: "
Stop the plane, I want to get off"
