And soon we were at Mestel Dam...stopped behind this campervan. One could clearly hear the couple inside talking and operating, it was quite funny!

The dam was deserted as always! Although in the pic it looks like something is drinking on the left?

It feels quite odd doing these winter pics at this time of year!

Momprins was having a snooze, so I whiled away the hours on the stoep, very pleasant!


Dwarf mongoose have also become regulars in camp!

The coral trees flower at this time of year, very striking!

I inspected the unit, and saw some attempts at making it more user-friendly, one can actually see the numbers on the stoveplate switch!
