Why not? What is the difference between having a plakkie on which means you have an open foot or barefoot?

:X:

Let's try to keep up what little decor is left in our society of today.

I know that in South Africa "decor" is something little known --00-- but it's the only place where I have seen people enter other people's house straight from the street not wearing shoes. It's not like in India and other Asian countries, where you take off your shoes before entering ( I don't like that either ;-) ).

Certain restaurants in the parks are not exactly "wild" O**

I suppose that I am stuck in Europe's "educated behaviour" rules. But that's it ;-)

It is a common rule overseas - No Shirt-No shoes-No service!

And what must foreigners then think if it is allowed here? :-(
