The pic looks like it has been taken from inside the ambulance over the bonnet. The car is upside down.

They only seem to report on accidents with injuries or where its posted all over social media .These ones seem to be kept quiet .

Still think speed over distance cameras are the answer throughout KNP put up at every main intersection and gate . Quite simple to make I will even do them a special deal on creating such a system for them ;-) O**
