Always interesting how the Kruger Park brand became so globally known as an icon. In 1937 an attractive series of Kruger Park publicity stamps by well-known South African artist, Ernest Ullmann (1900 – 1975) were launched with the aim to carry the message of this great game sanctuary to every corner of the globe. Herewith a 1937 newspaper clipping with the famous promotional stamps shown.
