Is this getting more common or do we get more informed :-?

It is barbaric  It's about time to get rid of those old superstitions. They have no place in this century 0-

What is the government doing or do they also believe in witchcraft? O**

They are overwhelmed in SA, Lis, and I think the Endangered Species (Wildlife) unit, specialists, were shut down as a waste of space decades ago... :-(

Very likely! But it is a crime so something should be done about it 0=

The lions had a owner and he will probably keep things moving, but the vultures?

Lots of poachers are arrested still, Lis! Just takes longer and needs more civil involvement. Also some heavy sentences. \O

I might be wrong, but I have the impression that only rhino and elephant poachers are taken seriously. Poisoning and snares is another kind of business. I hope that I am wrong -O-

One can see pangolin and abalone poachers getting hammered sometimes. The government kingpins are the big problem... O/
