And your d500 will be paired with my 200-500 , I still haven't gotten a chance to take it to pilanesberg, but I can't wait to use the d500 and see the difference against my trusty d5300
I'm not much of a birder but if they there I never miss the opportunity to shoot them.
For wildlofe in general d500 at 40k shutter is still a good buy at 18k?
If I'm not mistaken a 6 month guarantee, I'm just concerned because it's the camera body and it might have issues.

-does anyone know howmuch is the max shutter count on the d500?
Hi So just over 1 year later I'm deciding to upgrade to a d500 with my current 200-500mm,from the d5300. Only problem I'm having is that my budget can only afford a second hand one at ORMS used store, now I know they are reputable but it has 38k accusations.. Do you think it will be s good buy with ...
I added some light to it for I don't know what reason. I guess just to have abit of editing .. I'll see what I can do with the pix again and post them if I like them..
The top of the impala horns, I must see if I got it in the pic
It was evening time and on our way out the park.. Those 6 rhinos were probably joined by the 2 rhinos in the other pic as they were walking in the same direction. And lions on the other side of the dam blocking the way for the mother a calf
Please critic my pix..
All unedited pix, the only thing done was an quick touch up on the camera. I think I make the rhino pix just a tad bright. What do you'll think
