Thank you Klipspringer. I actually think it may be D. exilis. I have asked the expert on African dragonflies, K-D Dijkstra, for help.
As soon as I hear anything, I will let you know.

If I look at photos of Anostostomatidae, I think this is also one of them.
B. membracaneua looks quite different I believe.
