Re: Itinerary advice july and august 2016

Hi all, After that we went to Balule (which we didn't like, because it is extremely small) and finally to Letaba, which we absolutely loved because of the river view. What would you guys advice? Is Lower Sabie really that crowded in july and august? Thanks in advance, mattie010 Lower Sabie is alway...

Re: Itinerary advice july and august 2016

Not really after lions, more after the nature! We have seen lions good and ofcourse a lion sighting is nice and lovely (I mean: not something I see that often) but there is so much more to be seen. ;) Trying to avoid the hords of tourists in the lower sabie section, Berg-en-Dal sounds great, just as...

Re: 6 Dutchies in a toyota avanza

Looking now through the photos and nowhere can I find the lions we saw so closeby during the nightdrive. I think we all were so thrilled to see them so close (2 meters maximum) and we were so stoked we forgot to make [O] O/ Also we haven't maked photos of a hyena, because well... I'll mention this l...

Re: 6 Dutchies in a toyota avanza

Thank you all for following this TT! The cubs luckily weren't only running, but also playing and just having fun. They were full of energy. The lack of experience certainly had the pro's and cons. We were lucky we had 6 pairs of eyes, which made spotting game slightly easier. We didn't smell them lu...

Re: Itinerary advice july and august 2016

I want to go camping because I just really love it. Rain, snow, sun, for me it doesn't matter. Also I have camped almost everywhere I have been, just because it is nice to be able to set up your tent and do whatever you want and not have to clean everything afterwards lol Thanks anyways for your inp...

I can't promise the best photos, but hope you'll all like it! \O The very beginning of August 2014 it was, except for day 1 which took place in July! ;-) Maybe something really normal for all of you, but we saw... http://i288.photobucket.com/albums/ll192/mattie010/DSC_0508_zp...

6 Dutchies in a toyota avanza

Lets get started! Going to Kruger and South Africa for the first time, we decided we would want to stay a week in Kruger. It was already early march when we became aware that we had to book Kruger in advance, woops! ..0.. We booked and sadly had to adjust our plans a lot. Some places seemed great bu...

Re: Itinerary advice july and august 2016

Forgot a moment about the big distances, woops! I am gonna discuss this and tell you all what comes out! ;) It is nice that Punda has a walking trail, any idea of how long the trail is? All sounds lovely! A big :ty: for all who gave advice! Must say I am somewhat leaning towards Shingwedzi and Letab...
