Perhaps this belongs under a different heading. Perhaps it is way to soon to start a TT - but in less than a month I am heading into a territory I visited many years ago to see the eclipse. SO and I were told we were asking for trouble heading to the dark continent - trouble and strife was rampant at the time. I do know when I said I wanted a rooftop tent - SO said
" What - so we can be hi-jacked for a penthouse?"

Needless to say it was a once in a life time experience!
Back to today -
The planned trip 12th to 31st October 2012 - I am heading to new horizons as it will be my first trip across the borders without SO to hold my hand! One thing I have mixed feelings about - I am not driving in my own vehicle but will be travelling with my Sis and Bil - New beginnings!!

Friday 12th October Tshipise Resort.
Saturday 13th October Lake Kyle, Masvingo.
Monday 15th Chinhoyi, Caves National Park
Tuesday 16th - Friday 19th Mana Pools Nyampei Camp.
Saturday 20th Lake Kariba Moth Camp
Sunday 21st - Monday 22nd lake Kriba ( Day and night on a house boat on Lake Kariba.)
Tuesday 23rd - Friday 26th Kafue Game Reserve Nanzhila Plains Camp
Saturday 27th Livingston. Zambezi Waterfront
Sunday 28th - Tuesday 30th Hwange Main Camp
Wednesday 31st Tshipise
Thursday 1st November Gauteng

There is a saying - what will be will be - What does nature have in store for us - only time will tell!!
