The Rednecked Falcon is my favorite Raptor in Kgalagadi Transfrontier National Park ...A Complete and very successful Aerial hunter of small birds . This one I took at Kij Kij Waterhole 15 kms north of my camp at Rooiputs

When my Big & Hairy friends dont come to Grootvlei there is always the huge 100 strong plus flock of Guinea Fowl which make a lot of noise as they sprint down in single file to the waters edge for a social drink
