Thank you Klippie and Okie \O

Plants are never going to be my hobby, they are too complicated and too many that look like something else lol I love them all because they are beautiful

Who knows this plants??

Post by Margit »

Hello,
I'm from Germany and not so familiar with South African Plants. I visited Kirstenbosch in January. Unfortunately I haven't made notes of two plants. Could anybody tell me the names?

The yellow one is a rocket pincushion,

you can read here about it:

http://pza.sanbi.org/leucospermum-reflexum

And the other one is called pig's ears lol

http://pza.sanbi.org/cotyledon-orbiculata

This one looks like Cotyledon orbiculata ‚Eric', a cultivar of var. orbiculata.
