Only now it's becoming quite visible how natural resources are
earmarked for exploitation!!!

I did not remember how big it is supposed to be. When it turned up the first time I was more concentrated on "What".

Old post:

The plan is to build the WAH just inside
the park through the gate on within an 80ha
stretch of land with a proposed R26 million
investment value and will generate up to 70
sustainable jobs.
The close proximity to Phalaborwa was
chosen to eliminate the need for additional
guest and staff housing.
This will also form part of the SANParks
commercialization strategy which is
conducted through partnering with the
private sector.
There was found to be a need to cater to
the guests who are looking to optimize their
visit to the KNP by offering more than the
limited traditional activities in the Park.
The objective of building such a
WAH, extends further than just guest
entertainment, a large focal point is also for
the closely located communities to benefit
from the project.
Some of the proposed activities at the
WAH include cultural shows, a spa, archery,
hot air ballooning and many more.
A follow up general meeting is planned for
March with the MEC, dates to follow

They always use the same phrase. It's what comes after that differs, be it a hotel, a road, a gate or something else 0*\

0*\ 0*\ This certainly is the beginning of the end :-(

“Cry, the beloved country, for the unborn child that's the inheritor of our fear. Let him not love the earth too deeply. Let him not laugh too gladly when the water runs through his fingers, nor stand too silent when the setting sun makes red the veld with fire. Let him not be too moved when the birds of his land are singing. Nor give too much of his heart to a mountain or a valley. For fear will rob him if he gives too much.”
― Alan Paton, Cry, the Beloved Country
