:-) :-) :-) :-)

when i was booking in at pretoriuskop on friday

i noticed that one of the receptionists is hearing impaired.

this became evident when one of the guests that she was dealing with seemed to be a bit confused

as to what the receptionist was trying to explain

the instant that this happened the receptionist who was working alongside the impaired one

quickly and efficiently explained to the guest what was being said and that the receptionist that she was dealing with

was hearing impaired....

all sorted..

O0 O0 O0 O0 O0 O0 O0

a very brave initiative by SANParks

I'm not so sure about this one myself!!!
Perhaps this poor soul could have been
employed more effectively on another
platform saving her from embarrassment!!

I'm afraid Sanparks but to my mind you
failed, if not and more so again simply
only trying to prove a point.

would be a lousy joke to make on a public platform!!
I doubt it was a joke, in fact it would be typical a,...
situation only to prove a point!!

the hearing impaired lady was far from embarrassed.

on the contrary,

the fact that she is able to work as a receptionist has boosted her self confidence somewhat.

And if she happens to be alone and the customers know nothing about her impaired hearing? -O-
