Do you have to work too much and can't make time for the park anymore? O-/

Missing some news from Addo :-(

It's been a combination of work being extremely busy and weekends being booked solid :-(
To say that I have withdrawal symptoms is a major understatement.... BUT.... we are heading to MZNP this week for the first time so there is some excitement on the horizon O/\ O/\

I'm also fairly sure I'll be back in Addo in the next couple of weeks as well O:V

In terms of news from Addo, despite not being there myself there have been some interesting developments. Aardlam has been seen mating with Melvin/Gibson on different occasions so there's a bit of hope for cubs there. She's rather old so it would be quite remarkable for her to have another litter, but she'll only let those boys near her if she's on heat... and if she's on heat she can have cubs.

Also I saw a couple of photos via friends that show one of the rhinos has been de-horned. I'm not sure if it's the start of a new policy, or just this particular chap (who we call Notchy), as he is probably seen the most often.

Thanks so much for the update, PJL! And what good news! I'll be there right in time to get to see some most awesome cutie pies...
if Aardlam decides to show them off to me when I'm there in March. lol Blackie would be really, really nice as well. Never seen
one in my life (apart from a zoo that is and that doesn't count!).

Have fun in Mountain Zebra and hope to get some feedback from there as well since that'll be the second leg of our park visits at Easter. O\/
