The elephant bull above has a pair of short but very sturdy tusks

A piece of leopard is better than no leopard ;-)

Seen at the edge of our campsite clearing at Rooiputs no 3 in April ..We had a gap of 35 metres personal space between Jane and I and the relaxed cat at LAST light of day ..Problem where was his Mother and naughty Sister?? and I wanted to have a famous Pete Betts Coke Bottle Shower and then light my Braai which was sitting close to him ..Once he had done His ablutions he got up and strolled off into the evening twilight and allowed me to do mine albeit 30 mins later than usual ..We didnt braai that night after this interuption and had a Tuna salad in the tent instead ..No place for heroes here ;-) ;-) ;-) The normal click on image applies to get the true sunset ambiance
