How do you tell the difference between a Tawny and a Wahlberg’s :-? I can never tell the difference 0:

Very nice shots of the green backed heron ^Q^ ^Q^ Whenever we have seen them they just pretend to be statues :O^

Oh, yeah, that extreme sighting stopping thing had a lot to do with running late... And I think I would have loved to spend and
evening braai over some cold beers rather than having to make a beeline after only a bit more than an hour or so 0*\

The only indication I found in my pic were those feathers that stand out at back of its head. -O-

Aww, a nice thing to say. I hadn't considered that them standing still for a lot of the time could have been my fate too.
Now I appreciate the heron putting on that show for me even more. :-)

When the time to say goodbye arrived at the meet, Richprins quickly hatched a plan to spend a few more minutes together.
He basically took me on a drive towards Orpen ^Q^ And it's amazing how quickly the time passes when you have a good
chat 0*\ Before I knew it I was back in the SO's car again...

Now this is for the Prince lol
