Flutts this potato and bacon sounds delish.., we going to try it in July when we are in the PArk again

Now a different kind of recipe...

Homemade cream liquour

1 can of condensed milk
250ml fresh cream
300ml whisky (any kind)

You whisk it all together and then the fun part starts...
It makes about 1litre

You can do this in whichever flavour you want.
We were in KNP now the first week in March and it was delicioushness in a bottle.

We had one with cocao and peppermint essence (choc-mint was yummy)
We had one with loads of cinnamon (yummier)
And then I had one with melted bar one and some cinnamon (not enough melted bar one, will try with 3 next time instead of one)
there are so many flavours to play with so it is up to you and your taste buds... get creative

Will bring some to taste with our April get together

Flutts we had it the whole weekend, and the bit I have left I sommer put in the freezer, had some 'ice cream' last weekend and it was delicious...
I think if refrigerated 5-7 days... I haven't actually tested the longevity of the cream...
