Invitation to interested parties to submit their proposals for participation with Sanparks in fundraising activities
South African National Parks (SANParks) intends to engage with registered companies/individuals to form part in the fundraising activities in which it gives selected companies or individual the rights to be registered on our database of fundraisers. The activities are packaged to expose you and also to form partnership with SANParks.
SANParks invites registered companies or registered individuals who are experts in fundraising having a track record of fundraising to submit detailed proposals in line with SANParks` mandate and objectives for these Fundraising activities. Interested parties will be expected to meet certain evaluation criteria in order to qualify.
SANParks will enter into an agreement with the preferred and registered company or individual fora period of three to five (3-5) years. In return, the company or individual will meet agreed Terms and Conditions set by SANParks.
Interested parties is expected to obtain the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, setting out further details of the criteria and process to be followed, from the SANParks website under the Special Interest Groups Section and more specifically under the Tenders section:

All parties interested in participating in these activities will be required to attend the Compulsory Briefing Session as scheduled on the following address: 643 Leyds Street, Muckleneuk, Pretoria, Date: 2 July 2013, Time 11:00.
Interested parties will be required to submit their detailed proposals to SANParks` physical address, no later than 12 July 2013 at 11:00.
Abnormally, tenderers for this, should they have miraculously spotted it on 23 June, have 9 days to prepare to be present In Pretoria for a proposal meeting!
