Re: Macro Photography
They actually look like creatures from another world.
Just goes to show how macro photography can take to another level.
Well done on the lovely photos.

WOW ExFmem! Astonishing pictures and surreal colours.

Re: Macro Photography
Thanks for the nice replies. Macro happens to be my favorite, as I have been fascinated by insects from the time I was knee-high to a grasshopper . No matter if you love large animals, birds, fish, insects, etc. they ALL have amazing habits and life stories. I use the pics to try and learn something about each one, and I am constantly "wowed".

Till now I only found one really colourful bug
and this dragonfly flew right onto my knee and was watching me , nearly got a cramp as I didn't wanted to move the leg.
This one is from yesterday.
Please BluTuna and ExFmen, I would appreciate your opinions on my macro pics, as I would love to learn more about it.

Great macro shots Katja!
Sometimes it’s not until you don’t see what you want to see, that you truly open your eyes.
Re: Macro Photography
I'm no expert, I've only been doing this for less than a year. I don't see anywhere I can help you to improve, you seem to be doing all the things I am doing. Just keep trying, practice makes perfect they say!Katja wrote:Please BluTuna and ExFmen, I would appreciate your opinions on my macro pics, as I would love to learn more about it.
I want some tips from ExFmem! Those last three pics were stunners!
