MONDAY 30 SEPTEMBER 2013 - Part 2/2
It was getting closer to our last day and we kept wondering if Pilanesberg would live up to its 7 year run of giving us an exceptional sighting on our last day.
Anyway, back to now.
Kalahari scrub-robin.
Little - bee-eater.
Yellow-billed stork.
Amethyst sunbird.
Black-chested snake-eagle. A first for us.
Black crowned tchagra. Another first for us.
Barn owl sleeping in the Mankwe Hide roof.
This guy came to visit every night. I think it is a scrub hare.
NEXT: Pete and Margie go to Pretoria for the day and I spend the afternoon in agony.
