So it was time to depart to L/Sabie for 2 nights

I was so sad in a way to leave the open plains of Satara but excited at the same time, what would Kruger have installed for our last 3 days?

We decided to head for L/Sabie as soon as possible as it was already 29 degree at 10 in the morning , a scorcher of a day would await us O-/

I experienced my most disappointing photo opportunity in years going to Kruger with this next sighting

The only time I've managed to capture this loerie was in Pretoriuskop camp.........years ago

I had the best opportunity but this loerie did a tango of his own on that branch and I only got this failed attempt 0*\ 0*\ 0*\ Focus!!

Our afternoon drive produced this beautiful big buff herd near L/Sabie

And what would a day in L/Sabie be without a visit to Sunset Dam to end the day?

Time to wrap - seeing that we exited the park exactly a year back on this day on this TT :-( Memories!!!

Almost time for our next visit in Jan'14 O/\

We opted to exit at Crocodile bridge - A wise decision

We first saw this guy, clearly on a mission, the reason for his nervousness we would encounter around the corner ;-)

So with that Kruger gave us the best departure O\/ O\/ O\/

Although frustrating at some times, we mastered the Kruger tango!

Till the next adventure / tango
