On our first trip in March 2010 we found some lions in or very close to the loop road.
If I remember correctly it was a male, two females and three subadults. Was really
exciting back then because it was the first time we got lions so close.

on the 14.9.2009 I saw a Jackal frightened by Giraffes...
then playing with a mate

Dalkeith :-) O/\ O\/ - Great choice ExFmem \O

In December 2009 we saw these two Giraffe picking up and chewing on the bones of their dead buddy to get the minerals, phospahates and calcium.

We were never that lucky to see the big cats on any of the loop roads but we saw AWC at Dalkeith
