I will reply in the meantime - maybe it will be at the same spot.

I also saw Amur Falcons last Saturday. They were in the dead tree just before you go through that first 'boom' and the turn-off to the unused lapa. About 500m past the hide. Hope that makes sense. It was about 13h00 when I saw them.

Flutts, if you are going in tomorrow..
take time and stop and watch the finches on vlei road on the bend before the new hide.

I saw an orange breasted/common waxbill there. I didn't expect to see anything so my pics are poor, but I will go in on Friday.
It's a beautiful little bird. \O

I saw mine on Quarry Road travelling south from Main Road between Renoster and Sandenberg Roads.
