We continued to watch the ellies as they came down to the water to drink.

This was one of the ellies that came close by the van after being disturbed by the other bakkie. Fortunately for us, this one was fairly chilled as we all sat quietly as it passed by.

We carried on South along the S56 and cmae ipon another herd in the riverbed. This mother and calf were climing the bank out of the river on the opposite side.
