Thanks Flutts
As you cross over onto the Fish Hoek/Noordhoek mountains you are in an area far less popular but with just as stunning views.
Long Beach from Rooikrantz Peak
View North of Cape Point from Rooikrantz Peak

Excellent views you had Trail..
Is this what you call a 'birds eye view.
Love the pics of the dam and the waterfall - Houtbaai and Muizenberg Peak

Yeah thanks Amoli this truly was a very special experience.
I have lived in Cape Town all my life and know the mountain like the back of my hand but went to places I didn't really know even existed.
Birds eye view indeed.

Lovely vistas! It so often happens that we don't know what's right on our doorstep.
Re: TMNP Landscapes via cellphone
I took a drive around the peninsula with my son a few weeks ago , and took these few pics of Houtbay with my cell-phone . Unfortunately I did not have my camera with me .
The next two , from the same spot ( on Chapmans peak drive ) , but showing both sides of the bay .
