You're right, Lis, it does! lol

The last two pics with the prey were taken on different nights (9/19 and 10/1). They were very successful hunters both evenings, and would fly into the pump area and drop the mice off for the owlets, then head on back out for more. Fun to watch.

Usually, people sit out on the other side of the unit to watch wildlife. lol

Yes, we do too, usually..

However, on our first stay (9/18, 19 etc) in unit #2, SO wanted a romantic candlelight dinner and I wanted to watch owls, 0*\ so we compromised and had dinner at the kitchen counter (candles in the beautiful candleabra supplied in the units \O ), and I got to see owl parents flying home with prey while sipping wine and feeding my SO morsels of steak. How romantic is that!!?? 0/0 0- 0-

We each had our own interpretations of "wild life" that night... ;-) and went to bed happily ever after.

The End.

I cannot fathom the situation right now. Maybe I should try it on the SO in March as well, ExFmem. lol

A little pampering goes a long way, Lis. He drives me around for HOURS and never complains. (Well, not out loud anyway. 0' )
