Re: Muzandzeni Picnic Site
Me (The short guy) and my brother in Law from Tampa Bay USA cooking up a storm at the 'Crowded' Muzandzeni picnic spot...We couldnt find parking... reminded me of the exotic parking lot at Lower Sabie ...Muzandzene is my best spot for breakfast south of Mooiplaas in Kruger ......sadly no Mugg & Bean though
3 years ago we were also the only folk there and the only busy creatures was a mating pair of lions in the dry river bed just past the male 'tiled ' ablution block in the background behind my head 50 metres back ...The noise they made was blood curdling ....no consideration for us 2 tourists (Jane & I) who just wanted peace and quiet At least Muzandzene has a large wooden fence to keep the 'Big & hairies ' out .....but it was 1 0000000000 x better than a carpark of OSV's and idling Diesel engines from tour buses ......the famous sound from Nkhulu picnic spot mingled with human screams as their ancestors steal their sweets, Cokes, Eggs, Rolls and Lays Chip packets and Magnum Ice Creams while family members add to the knee deep Camel stompie pile etc..jolly good clean bush fun Like Tsendze and Babalala ..No Apes of any kind at Muzandzene

Re: Muzandzeni Picnic Site
This was obviously not taken during December because on our way there we were nearly pushed off the road by a guy in his ML Mercedes that couldn't wait to get to this picnic area
Next trip to the bush??
