Gina's orphaned cubs are apparently doing very well over at Kuzuko. Here's an update: https://legacyhotelsblog.wordpress.com/ ... uko-lodge/

It's been a while since I last popped in to the park - we were overseas visiting family for the school holidays O:V

On Saturday the weather was forecast to be pretty bad, but there was a facebook group meet planned so we ventured along for the braai. It was nice to see lots of familiar faces and meet a few new ones including Polentswa X#X

Before the really poor weather hit the morning was nice. These zebra on Mbotyi loop looked a bit nervous - the cheetah are sometimes seen in that area.

There were pots of gold distributed along Ngulube loop, where we also found a Steppe Buzzard doing a balancing act in the breeze

I don't know if was something to do with the weather but there were many black shouldered kites in the skies using the wind to their advantage
