Great choice, nan!
No pictures, but bush news about lions being camped out in the shade at the swimming pool last week, because it was so hot they wanted to stay close to the refreshments. It's become a real lion infested camp.

Not sure the residents thought so, seeing that it was well above 40°C most of the time and the pool was closed for that day.nan wrote:Yes... what good news... Lions at the pool

You really love that camp, don't you, nan?! Your photos tell the story - like!
From our stay in 2010:
I must say, I wasn't too impressed with that place because we had experienced the most bugs than any other camp.
And I can't even say it was due to the rainy season, because the first time with the bugs with March, but in March
this year there were none.
Anyway, this place is starting to grow on me as well. Might be bigger than Uri and such, but at least you got a waterhole
to stare at from your unit. And a resident pearl-spotted owlet.
